Library Resources at SLAC

SLAC personnel with Stanford badges and full SUNet accounts have access to most electronic resources via the SUL Catalog (aka SearchWorks).  Some Stanford journals and databases can only be accessed on site at Stanford’s main campus.

Discontinued library services

After careful consideration of the current lab situation, the difficult decision was made to stop providing the following services:

  • New purchases and Inter-Library Loan (ILL) or Inter-Library Borrowing (ILB)
    • Submit work-related requests through your SLAC department.
  • Reading Room and Library return cart (B050)
    • Please return SLAC library materials to your SLAC department.
  • Reference and research services

SLAC and Stanford professional programs (Business, Law, Medicine) are administratively separate from Stanford Libraries, which do not provide ILL or research services to SLAC.
