  • Build and manage vendor relationships for IT needs at SLAC.
  • Collaborate with Stanford University to leverage vendor agreements.
  • Create and manage internal agreements (IUSA/IUA) for IT goods and services acquired through Stanford University.
  • Oversee a broad range of enterprise software used by the SLAC community.
  • Request quotes and assist with purchase requisitions for IT products.
  • Maintain the IT Marketplace (ITMP) website and inventory.
  • Ensure procurement processes align with policies from SLAC Supply Chain Management.

  • Consult on IT purchasing decisions to ensure efficiency.
  • Advise on purchasing procedures.
  • Intervene and escalate as needed regarding vendor relationships and performance.
  • Assist with sourcing and quotes for IT services and equipment.
  • Help place IT purchase requisitions with ease.
  • Ensure smooth transactions for your IT Marketplace (ITMP) orders.
  • Assist with renewing managed software subscriptions.
