SLAC Guest Gateway (SGG) Overview and Roles

Overview

The SLAC Guest Gateway (SGG) is the system used to invite, register, and approve non-SLAC employees to access SLAC resources, both in person and virtually. It replaces the former Site Access Forms and streamlines onsite access management. Through the SGG, Hosts can invite Guests, track request status, receive notifications, and confirm that all required information is collected before granting access.

This Knowledge Base (KB) article is intended to guide users to the appropriate documentation for the various SGG roles. For additional information, please visit the VUE Center website.
