Support for SLAC Project Management Office Applications OPM/PMO
As of 10/1/2025 the SLAC Office of Project Management Office (OPM/PMO) will take over support for all Project Management Office applications and services.
Requests for assistance with the following PMO applications and tools:
- PMO
- Earned Value
- P6
- Deltek Cobra
- Project Online
- WinEst
- Safran
Requests for assistance with the following PMO services:
- Access to PMCS Citrix desktop
- Permission for access to PMO group space
- Resetting the P6 profile
- Installing P6 client
- Installing Deltek Cobra
- How to map the X: drive
- Requests for Project Online License go to mspadmin@slac.stanford.edu
Problems regarding PMO tools and services that are reported to the IT Service Desk will be triaged to troubleshoot basic end user device issues and then forwarded to the PMO office support team for further troubleshooting and resolution. Any IT tickets related to these requests for assistance will be updated and closed. Any further communication will be the responsibility of the PMO Support Team listed below.
