Set Up Out of Office/Automatic Replies in Webmail

- go to http://outlook.office.com
- login with your SLAC email
- type in your SLAC password and click the Sign-in button
- complete the two step authentication
- click Yes or No at the "Stay signed in?" window
- click the gear towards the upper right corner
- click "View all Outlook settings" towards the bottom of the menu that opens
- click "Automatic replies" towards the bottom of the middle pane

Turn on automatic replies, select a specific time interval if you don't want to have to remember to turn automatic replies off. You have the option of sending a different notification to people with SLAC email from the notification you send to people without SLAC email. Or you can copy/paste between the two if you want the same message sent regardless.
