As mentioned in the Software Purchase Guidance Article, software purchased with SLAC funds is generally only for installation on SLAC-owned assets. The following software, however, is allowed for Home Use.

Computer Safety Software and Services Cyber security software to keep your home computer safe.   See Cyber Security's page for No cost resources for personal computers

MathWorks Products All MathWorks products, which include MATLAB, are eligible for home use  As a SLAC employee, all MathWorks products are free as part of SLAC's enterprise license - https://intranet.slac.stanford.edu/news/2019/09/enterprise-matlab-licensing
Mathematica Mathematica offers users a home use license for their base product
