To list your open tickets in ServiceNow, go to the  ServiceNow portal:

How to see the status of an incident?

Select an Incident to review and check the status. The State of the incident is listed on top of the right column. 

If the ticket is still open and you no longer need action on the issue, please add a comment in the field on the top of the screen (in red below) so the incident can be closed.

Closing old and or irrelevant tickets enables the Help Desk staff to focus on current problems. We appreciate your help with this!
