Systems Integration and Consolidation

Integrating applications to leverage centralized sources of truth reducing duplication of effort, improving productivity and accuracy.

As part of SLAC’s "Big 5 in 2025" initiatives, the Systems Integration and Consolidation project focuses on streamlining and unifying critical business systems to enhance operational efficiency, data consistency, and collaboration across the Lab. By reducing system redundancies and integrating key platforms, the project aims to deliver seamless workflows, strengthened security, and better access to reliable information—laying the foundation for a more connected, agile, and efficient SLAC.
