SLAC currently manages many systems that retain information about people who are known to SLAC but do not have a user account. Examples include the facilities offices URAWI tool, the Tech Transfer Department, and potential SSP contacts. There are other uses like the zipper plan that do not have a system outside of a spreadsheet. SLAC will adopt an enterprise relationship management tool to manage these relationships that will enable real time access, analysis, and information sharing.
