Budget Office Analytics Ramp-Up

Key reports from the Budget Office will move to a new platform.  This effort, part of SLAC PEMP goals for FY24, seeks to enhance SLAC's data-driven decision-making, increase operational efficiency, and stay competitive in the evolving data landscape.

SLAC legacy business intelligence tool will be replaced by a new platform. The decision is driven by the need to modernize data analytics. 
 
The purpose of this project is to:
 
  • Convert the Business Solutions and Budget Office reports to a new platform (Phase 1)
  • Decommission the legacy platform and establish the new platform as the main business intelligence tool (Phase 2)
