Meeting Room Features
Please note: We have two standard types of conference rooms. Zoom Rooms and Cisco Conference rooms.
- Neat Bar 2/Bar Pro/Board (Camera & Audio): These all-in-one devices offer high-definition video with 4K cameras that automatically frame, zoom, and follow participants.
- Neat Pad Controller & Scheduling Display: An 8-inch touch screen used for launching meetings with one touch, controlling in-meeting settings, and displaying room availability.
- Intelligent Audio & Video: Features include AI-driven noise suppression (blocking non-human sounds) and auto-framing to ensure everyone is seen.
- Wired and Wireless Screen Sharing: Equipped with an in-room HDMI for wired sharing along with wireless sharing through the Zoom Workspace app.
- Zoom Room Companion mode: Allows you to pair a secondary device (like a laptop or tablet running the Zoom Workplace app) with a primary Zoom Room to add extra, independent audio, video, or whiteboarding capabilities. (Device must be on the same network as the Zoom Room)
- Direct Guest Join feature: Zoom Rooms with Neat devices can join Microsoft Teams, Google Meets and Webex meetings. (Compared to native Zoom meetings, features like direct content sharing (HDMI/wireless) may be limited, and the experience may lack dual-screen support)
- Cisco Touch Panel: Each Cisco room is equipped with a 10” touch panel which offers One-button-to-push (OBTP) allowing for easy joining of Zoom meetings from the touch panel.
- Advanced AI Capabilities: Powered by Cisco RoomOS, devices use Edge-AI for smart framing, automatic speaker tracking, and noise removal.
- High-Quality Video & Audio: Supports up to 4K display resolutions and HD video/audio.
- Dual-Screen & Layout Support: Full support for dual displays and various layouts (Gallery, Speaker, Thumbnail) with 49-participant gallery view.
- Content Sharing: Content sharing is supported with wired HDMI.
